on the homepage I think that perhaps it would be helpful if we had a calendar marked with when our guild events are scheduled, maybe we could call the "bar" events and it could replace the affiliates tab?

That's a great idea, Dark. We are currently in the planning for upcoming events, so as soon as that is finalised, we will definitely look into this.
