Code of Conduct & Disclaimer


    The following document is an contract agreed upon when registering and using any of the Torrential Unity websites or forum mechanics. As such, violations of these guidelines will result in disciplinary action, and possible account and guild membership termination. If you have registered an account with the Torrential Unity forums or are a member of the Guild Wars 2 guild and do not agree to comply with the following terms, please email WorldOps@TorrentialUnity.Dx.Am and request to have your existing account terminated.

    Griefing
    Griefing, or in other terms, Flaming, will not be tolerated under any circumstances while on any website run by Torrential Unity, or in game on Guild Wars 2. While representing the guild, users must conduct them self in a friendly and helpful manor towards others. This is not limited to guild chat.

    Inappropriate Content
    Players must not post any content that can be deemed inappropriate for players under the age of 18. Reports of inappropriate content will be handled case by case with the discretion of the world operations team.

    Exploiting Permissions
    Members in guild ranked user groups are not to abuse any privileges they have been granted by administration to harass or hinder other members of the guild or the forum. Players or groups who have been mistakenly given questionable privileges must report the issue to a member of world operations and must not in any way use the privileges. Exploiting admin allocated powers will be handled case by case with the discretion of the world operations team.

    Disclaimer
    Refusal of compliance with code of conduct will result in disciplinary action which will be dealt by the sites upper management. Torrential Unity reserves the right to update and edit any part of this document, and continued use of the site after said updates will reconfirm your agreement to these terms.
    Disputes regarding Torrential Unity staff must be emailed to WorldOps@TorrentialUnity.Dx.Am or private messaged to Dann and not posted on the public forum.
    Torrential Unity will not be help liable for any content posted by members of non-upper management ranking, that is deemed to be sexist, racist, offensive or anti social.
