- In the unfortunate event that someone should violate the code of conduct, either on the forums, or in game, there is a procedure you should follow to ensure that the issue is dealt with appropriately.
For minor forum issues;
Report Function
The forum itself has a reporting function for issues like these. These can include inappropriate topics, spam and misplaced topics.
By using the report function, the site administration will be able to handle the issue as soon as possible.
For Serious issues.
1. Guild Assistants
Contacting an online guild assistant is an easy and effective way to deal with an issue. These players are here to ensure that the guild chat and forums are kept clean and user friendly. If you are unsure if something is in violation of the terms of service, don't hesitate to seek help from the assistants.
2. World Operations
Should no guild assistants be available to resolve the issue, please contact an online member from the world operations group. These members are apart of upper management, and have the permissions to resolve almost any problem that could occur.
3. Email
For issues regarding site staff members, please email WorldOps@TorrentialUnity.dx.am with your query. These emails go directly to the guild developer.
